Stage Two

Cleaning & Sun Drying

Incoming raw nuts are cleaned to remove dust and foreign material. Controlled sun-drying or precision mechanical dryers bring moisture to the ideal 8–9% level. Proper drying prevents mould growth and ensures kernel integrity during shelling.

Steam Treatment & Shelling

Dried nuts are steam-treated to soften shells and neutralise caustic CNSL. Automated centrifugal shellers crack shells while preserving kernel wholeness. Our industry-leading wholing rate consistently exceeds 80%.

Peeling & Low-Temp Drying

Shelled kernels are batch-dried at 55–65Β°C to detach the inner testa without discolouration. Workers hand-peel or use automated peelers to reveal the pristine ivory-white kernel. Zero harsh chemicals β€” ever.

Grading & Quality Control

Peeled kernels are electronically colour-sorted and hand-graded into precise size categories. Our QA lab tests each batch for moisture, aflatoxin, colour uniformity, and defect %. Only batches meeting HACCP, ISO 22000, and customer specifications are cleared.

Packaging & Export
